This furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath, home is located in a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood. The neighbors are great and the stress level is low. This home sleeps 4-6 persons with a fold out couch. You can dock 2 boats at your own dock and you can just sit and watch the sunsets and fish jumping in the canal. Enclosed screen porch with dining for 6, TV, couch and chairs. The home has all the amenities you need to have a nice stay; pots, pans, dishes, and linens and a gas grill. There is a furnished, fully equipped kitchen with range, oven, microwave, side by side refrigerator with icemaker, all that you need to bring are groceries. Features include dockage, TV, cable, DVD and CD player. There is a full size washer and dryer in the utility room.

Perfect fishing and vacation lodge, located at the intersection of the Halls River and the Homosassa River. Margarita Grill and Sea Grass restaurants are within walking distance. Swim or Kayak with the manatees at the Homosassa Springs, ½ mile away up the Homosassa River. Great fishing in the Florida Nature Coast's renowned flats and Gulf fishing a very short boat ride away; fish for Redfish, Trout, Cobia, Tarpon, Grouper and Snapper. Gulf Coast scallop season runs from July 1 through September 10. Bring your kayak, canoe, or boat and fishing gear for a great time! Rental boats are available at several of the nearby marinas. Natures Resort campground is located across the highway perfect for visiting friends.

The town of Homosassa has events going on all year. The Homosassa wildlife park is nearby with 1.4 miles of paved trails for enjoying the wildlife that is indigenous to Florida, bear, deer, alligators, Manatees, Birds, Pigs, etc. Publix, Winn-Dixie, Wal-Mart, Walgreens and great restaurants are all within 10 minutes drive. The town of Inverness is nearby with 52 miles of walking and biking trails.
