Second floor has 3 bedrooms (All King Size Beds) and 2 baths.     

Third floor consists of the den (Queen Sleeper sofa), large kitchen with JennAir appliances, hall bathroom and another bedroom (King Size Bed)with private bathroom.

“BackSplash” is only 6 years old and has been professionally decorated. Televisions in every bedroom, stereo system, gas grill, Bikes to use, Free Wireless DSL Internet service and a short walk to the Gulf are just some of the amenities of this beach house.

Located in a small, private subdivision in Blue Mountain Beach, this beach house is just steps away from restaurants, shopping and coffee shop.  This beach access is one of the few that has parking, bathroom facilities and lifeguard services on the beach.  It is also only minutes from Destin, where you can enjoy numerous great restaurants, shopping, fishing, sightseeing and golfing.

The first floor is ideal retreat for the younger ones while the
adults enjoy the private time on the second and third floors. You
can enjoy eating indoors at the large dining table or eat outside on
one of the 2 covered decks overlooking the large swimming pool.  This house is sure to make your vacation stay a great one !
