Drive.  Located on the Gordon River next to Tin City and within 
walking distance of 5th Avenue shops and restaurants.  The beach is 
one mile away.  Second floor condo has view of marina and Gordon 
River south toward the bay.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Queen bed in bedroom.  All linens and towels provided.  Iron and 
ironing board.  Blowdryer.  Fully equipped kitchen.  Air 
conditioned. Cable TV/DVD/VCR.  
Tiled,screened lanai.  Heated pool and jacuzzi.  
Barbecue grills at pool.  Elevator access.  Washer/dryer in building.

Activities and Attractions

Short walk to Tin City, 5th Avenue shops and restaurants. Fishing, 
sailing, golf and tennis nearby. One mile to beach. Walking distance 
to Cambier Park.

     $900 per week/$3300 per month
