This charming 1930's Craftsman Bungalow was fully renovated in 2007 and is conveniently located in a quiet and eclectic neighborhood just east of downtown Austin and is within close walking distance to the Convention Center, Downtown, Sixth Street, Lady Bird Lake and several chic new restaurants and clubs.

The bungalow is nestled among three other bungalows and an 1880's Victorian farmhouse that shares a fenced and lushly landscaped yard with patios, trails and a hot tub/spa.  It's a perfect place to relax while visiting Austin.

15% bed tax applies on overnight stays of less than 30 days.

Minimum stay is 2-nights.

Small dogs welcome with owner permission.  Pet fee is $150.
