Large townhouse on Florida Bay, gated small complex only 40 units on 10 acers. 1800sq. ft., newly remodeled and decorated. with Large shaded patio front and rear,picnic area, large pool and jacuzzi with newly decorated club house, unbelievable landscaping with very nice walking path thru the complex, sandy beach, Large carport, boat launch site behind condo, has storage for trailors etc., Never rented this was our winter home its like new. Has everything you need just bring your tooth brush!
