Private 2 bedroom home, dining room, living room, kitchen, bath. 
Fully furnished. basic cable TV, DVD / CD player Air-conditioned 
bedrooms, microwave, toaster, linens, dishes, silverware, stove, 
fridge, towels, sheets, gas grill & ceiling fans throughout.

Activities and Attractions

Local swimming, sun, fun, local boating, fishing, restaurants, 
surfing, casinos, golf, free jogging track, whale watching, 
sorkeling, local gym, supermarket, dive shops, bring your tennis 
rackets, free local tennis, and basketball courts.

Vacation Rental Rates

November 1st thru April 30th: $150.00/night or $1,050.00/wk

Holiday Rates (Dec. 23rd - Jan. 6th): $165.00/night or $1,155.00/wk

May 1st thru Oct. 31st: $130.00/night or $910.00/wk

Reservations are based on 'First Come, First Served'.

A small deposit(125.00 per week), mailed to the owner will hold you 
reservation. This is fully refundable up to thirty days of arrival. 
The balance of your rental is due, when you arrive. There are no 
hidden fees, charges or taxes.

Rentals are 3 Day min. and can be mid-week, so our customers may 
take advantage of mid-week travel savings offered by the airlines.
