Vacation Rental Description

Adjacent to the Arnolds Park Amusement Park, this new two 
bedroom, two bathroom condominium was built in 2005 and is 
completely furnished and ready for your vacation enjoyment.  The 
complex is located in the heart of the Iowa Great Lakes and within 
walking distance of the amusement park, marina, public beach and 
many restaurants.  The west facing deck offers views of West Lake 
Okoboji and the amusement park.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The condominium is fully furnished and includes refrigerator, stove, 
microwave, dishwasher, washer, and dryer.  A swimming pool is 
located in the complex.

Vacation Rental Rates

Mid May to mid September:  $995 per week
Week of Fourth of July:  $1,400 per week
Off season:  $650 per week
$300 security deposit is fully refundable after check out provided 
there is no damage or missing items.  Minimum rental period is one 
week.  Longer rental periods will be considered.
