Summer 2010 Rates (June 1 - August 31, 2010): 

Weekdays: $175 per night

Weekends:  $225 per night

July 4th Weekend (July 2 - 5, 2010): $250 per night

Labor Day Weekend (September 3-6, 2010): $250 per night

No minimum stay (non-holiday periods only)!

$100 Cleaning Fee charged per rental 

$300 Refundable Security Deposit
