Thanksgiving Weekend:  November 25, 2009 - November 29, 2009 - $250/night

Christmas/New Years Holiday:  December 18 - January 2, 2010; $275/night; $1800 per week; 4 night minimum

Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday:  January 15-18, 2010: $250/night

President's Holiday:  February 5-15, 2010: $250/night - 3 night minimum

$100 Cleaning Fee charged per rental 

$300 Refundable Security Deposit

$50 Pet Fee
