Unit Size and Quality: *****(5 Stars). This beautifully decorated 4 bedroom / 4 bath condo is located on the 4th floor of The Springs.  It is a top floor unit with vaulted ceilings and spectacular views of the ski slopes and mountains.  The condo features all new mattresses and furnishings.  There are 3 master bedrooms all with private bathrooms, one king and two queen sized beds, and flatscreen TVS.  One of the master bedrooms also features a private balcony and jetted tub in the bathroom.  The 4th bedroom will comfortably sleep 3 people with a full sized bed and twin bunk bed.  This room also has a flatscreen TV.  The 4th full bathroom is just across the hall.  The spacious kitchen has all of the essentials you need to cook a meal away from home.  There are four barstools located at the kitchen bar.  The spacious living room features a large, flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, and spectacular mountain views.  The dining room table will comfortably seat 8 people.  The balcony has four chairs and two small tables, so you can enjoy the views from the spacious balcony.

Views ***** (5 Stars) This condo features some of the best views of the ski slopes & gondola.  Watch the skiers come down Dercum Mountain from the living room and the balcony.

Proximity to Activities **** (5 Stars) The Springs is the closest building in Keystone to the new high speed, eight-person gondola. If you exit the condo from the balcony through the pool area, you can utilize the back gate and be at the gondola in 2 minutes. You are also approximately a 1-2 minute walk from excellent businesses including restaurants, shopping, bars, winter and summer sports rentals and great people watching.

Building Quality & Amenities *****(5 Stars) The Springs was completed in 2000 and is one of the more exclusive buildings in the resort. There two high speed elevators that will take you to your condo from the access controlled, heated parking garage under the building. Laundry facilities are located on 2nd, 3rd, and 5th floor. You will also enjoy the spacious lobby with large, gas fireplace, sitting area, waterfall, game tables, and a pool table. Just off of the lobby, you will also find a play room for the kids, as well as a media room with stadium seating and a large flat screen TV. This building also features a heated pool with slide for the kids, wade pool for the little ones, 2 eight-person hot tubs, a fire pit, and a grill near the pool. The Springs also has its own fitness room & steam room on the first floor.

Keystone Events:

Keystone is the premier destination for various events, festivals and one-of-a-kind attractions. These include things such as Mardi Gras, Wine Festival, Beer and Blues Festival, Full Production Concerts, Discovery Days for kids, Art Shows and much more. 3. Adventure Point Tubing that is fun for adults and kids alike. At the top of mountain, you will find many tubing lanes with varying difficulty. You can ride down in your tube by yourself or with a group of friends or family by holding on to each others tubes. Then you can enjoy the ride back up the hill on the tubing lift.

Fees & Taxes

We are required by law to charge tax on your stay.

Our cleaning fee is approximately 10% to 20% lower than most others. We keep the rate as low as possible, but it is a real and legitimate fee that everyone has to pay. You either pay for it in the rate, or you pay for it separately.

We do not charge the 5.9% Resort Fee! This is a fictitious fee that many people/companies charge to add to their profit. If you rent from Keystone Resort or many of the other companies in the area, you will be charged this fee.
