This cute unit is centrally located in the upscale Mount Olympus area of Laurel Canyon, just one mile away from the Sunset Strip and a short drive from Hollywood, West Hollywood and Studio City. The Hollywood Hills Sublet is perfect for someone visiting Los Angeles for a short stay and wants to have to the privacy of staying in their own house, yet have the convenience of being near all of the attractions. This sublet is available for rental on a weekly or monthly basis.

The Hollywood Hills Sublet comes fully furnished! Upstairs it has a loft sleeping area with a bed and attached bathroom with a shower, vanity, sink and toilet. Downstairs, the unit has a living room area with satellite TV (all of the movie channels are included for free) and a kitchenette with a sink and a microwave oven. Fresh sheets, towels, down comforter, pillows, plates, glasses and silverware are all provided. Wireless internet is also complimentary! The sublet is $500 per week although if you were to rent it for longer than two months it would be 1800/month. with a $500 security/cleaning deposit. You must fill out a rental application and there is a $27.00 fee.
