furniture and bbq.
We are located in the heart of La Quinta’s famous PGA West golf
center. Just blocks away from several other golf courses, the
tennis pavilion, and equestrian opportunities.
The home is located in a gated private community that offers quiet
and serenity. The community offers two additional pools, gym, game
room with poker tables, pool table, tennis court, mini golf putting
green, and walking paths.

Master bedroom suite has the finest king sized pillow top mattress
available. Luxury 700 thread count sheets and designer decor.
Custom made dual stone sinks, soaking tub and travertine shower.

Guest bedroom has a queen sized bed with 700 thread count sheets and
a plasma TV. This bedroom is located on other side of house next to
the slate bathroom with tub and shower.
Large state of the art granite slab kitchen. Completely custom
stocked for the gormet chef or food enthusiast. Kitchen has large
counter tops with a breakfast bar/buffet area that opens to dining
and living room where you can watch TV while you cook. Great open
floor plan for entertaining and family gatherings.
Lushly landscaped backyard with private pool and spa. No concrete
jungle here! Grass, palms, and flowers make it feel like a tropical
oasis. Grounds are professionally manicured twice weekly. Outdoor
lounging furniture, bbq, and speakers to complete your vacation
experience. Lounge in your chaise under the palms that surround the
pool.

Monthly Rates

$3500 November-May PLUS utilities

$100 cleaning fee per stay. $500 refundable deposit required.
