Three Bedroom Condo in Incline Village, Nevada!

This is a very comfortable, carpeted, completely furnished, three bedroom condo located in the heart of Incline village, NV. The condo is centrally located in a very family friendly complex with a large grassy area out front for your children to play!  We have board games, pool toys and two kayaks for your family to enjoy.

  Minutes away from two private beaches and Diamond Peak Ski resort, wonderful boutique shopping, Raley's grocery store and a Cinema/Theater.

  Renter's will be provided with a Resident's card for accesss to private beaches, Diamond Peak Ski resort, and the Incline Village Recreation Center (located minutes away with a huge indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, indoor basketball courtand  a fully equipped workout room).  The Recreation Center also has beautiful tennis courts that are lighted!

 Located upstairs is the Livingroom with a beautiful stone, wood burning fireplace, a big screen TV (DVD player, VHS player and Cable) and access to a balcony through the sliding glass door.   FREE Wireless Internet through Charter Communications! The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large refrigerator, gas stove/oven and microwave.  There is also bar seating and a full size diningroom table.

 All beds have new electric blankets and mattresses.  The upstairs bedroom has a Queen size bed  with a bathroom and shower adjacent to it.  The downstairs front bedroom has two Full size beds.  Also, located downstairs is a  full size washer and dryer and a Master bedroom with a King size bed and a bathroom with a shower/bath tub.  There is a large backyard area through the sliding glass door off of the Master bedroom for your pet to stay and a barbecue/grill.  Note that this is a non smoking unit:)

Incline Village Has Many Activities and Attractions!

The Lake Tahoe area is beautiful any time of year! Lake Tahoe ski resorts were recently named the most poular in the United States in 2010, for the 3rd year in a row, by Obritz online travel company.  Incline Village is located on the northern shore of Lake Tahoe at 6,350 feet.  The Hyatt Hotel and Casino is located 3 minutes from the condo.  Crystal Bay is 10 minutes away and features gaming casinos, Reno is 40 minutes away as well as South Lake Tahoe with a variety of casinos and entertainment. 

Incline Beach is located, within walking distance, down the street from the condo with a boat beach and is on Lakeshore Blvd.   Burnt Cedar beach is minutes away Lakeshore Blvd. and features a heated outdoor swimming pool (and baby pool).  Both beaches have large grassy areas, volleyball courts, picnic tables, snack bars (during the summer months), playground equipment for children and restroom facilities.

 There are many wonderful restaurants for you dining experience in the Lake Tahoe Area!  The Lone Eagle Grill (located on Lakeshore Blvd. across from the Hyatt) is minutes away from the condo and offers premium lakefront views in an Alpine Lodge setting, with fabulous, seasonal menus.  Azzara's Itlalian, China Wok, Hacienda De La Sierra, Austin's (homestyle), Thai Recipe, Le Bistro (french), and La Fondue are just a few more restaurants that are wonderful in Incline Village!  Ten minutes away, to the west, over the Nevada border and into California is Kings Beach with Jason's (fabulous American grill) and Caliente (specializing in American Southwest).

  Diamond Peak ski resort is 5 minutes away. Mount Rose, North Star, Alpine Meadows, Heavenly and Squaw Valley are short drives away.  Hiking, Mountain Biking, Snow Boarding, Skiing, Bowling, Swimming, Golf (two private golf courses)  and Boating are all enjoyed in this beautiful mountain community!  Reno and South Lake Tahoe provide plenty of entertainment and night life as well!

The nightly rate for this 3 bedroom condo is $150.00.  There is a $150.00 dollar cleaning fee and also $100.00, refundable, security deposit. An advance deposit of $200.00 will be required to reserve the dates you select with the remainder balance due upon arrival.  A full refund will be given with 2 weeks advance notice of cancellation. Holiday rates are $175.00 per night.
