Luxury hacienda style 4 bedroom 2 bath with large solar heated pool and jacuzzi with gas barbecue ideal for family entertainment or romantic evenings under the stars.....minutes to Sea World, bay, beaches, Zoo, downtown, and most major San Diego attractions, 10 miles from San Diego airport.  

Lovingly decorated with upscale furnishings throughout the home.  Spacious living areas with family room and bar, open styled kitchen with center island make it ideal for family enjoyment and entertainment - fully equipped with supplies and seasonings.  In house laundry facilities w/ironing board.  Wireless internet access.  Cable HDTV/DVR, 4TVs, 2DVDs.  Stereo and CD player with indoor/outdoor speakers.  

2 bedrooms furnished with queen beds, third bedroom has twin beds, and fourth bedroom has a day bed with trundle.  Luxury lines with extra pillows.  Bathrooms updated.   All linens and toiletries are provided w/hair dryers available.

This Bay Park/Mission Bay home is located minutes from Sea World, the famous San Diego Zoo, Historic Old Town, downtown Gaslamp Quarter, Mission Bay, golf courses and beaches.  The homes in the neighborhood are nestled with magnificent views of Mission Bay.  2 minute drive to Mission Bay and I-5.  Grocery store and convenient stores less than 1 mile down the road with easy freeway access.

Perfect rental for a family vacation

This property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation, we were in SanDiego for my brothers wedding who lives about 15 minutes from this house so it worked out perfect. The house is just lovely as it looks in the pictures and has every ammenity you could possibly want while on vacation. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub, we had family come in from LasVegas for the wedding and the backyard was perfect for a cook out. The landscaping is absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone who is looking for a spot close to all major attractions in SanDiego. My only regret was not staying longer, as we were busy with the wedding, would have liked to have done more site seeing.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

We are a family with 2 adults and 2 children. We stayed here for a week while sightseeing in San Diego. This is the must fully equipped rental house we have ever stayed in. It is very comfortable and centrally located for easy access to all San Diego neighborhoods and activities.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing

Owners response: It is always a pleasure to have our guests feel comfortable and welcome in our home and we are responsive to their needs. In most cases, they say the home exceeds their expectations, which makes all our efforts worthwhile.

Perfect family vacation house

We just returned to Boston from a wonderful vacation week in San Diego, and a big part of it was this house! The house is spacious and comfortably held 5 of us, including my husband, daughter and in-laws. The rooms were meticulously clean and nicely decorated, but very welcoming and comfortable. You can tell this is a home, not just a house! My in-laws enjoyed having their own space to retreat to when necessary; there was plenty of space for everyone. My daughter loved the pool (although the weather was a bit cool for swimming) and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen is large and included all the necessaries for cooking - we enjoyed several dinners and all our breakfasts at the house. The den overlooking the pool is a big asset to the house - we could have casual dinners at the bar, and read or watch TV on the couch. The pool deck is also ideal for sunbathing.

The house is located in a lovely neighborhood in San Diego, a 5 min. drive from Mission Bay, 5 min. from Tecolote Canyon and 15-20 min. from Balboa Park, downtown, Sea World and Point Loma. There is also a plaza with grocery store, pharmacy, pizza place and Chinese restaurant just down the road. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood as well, which is very quiet and residential. The neighborhood is located up the hill from the ocean, and at certain spots provides lovely views of Mission Bay and the city.

The owner was conscientious and responsive to our calls, but also respectful of our privacy at the house during the rental week. She was a pleasure to work with. All in all, this is an ideal house for large families, multi-generational families, or small groups looking for something different from a hotel or condo complex. We recommend this property without hesitation and hope to return there on a future trip to San Diego.
