Sleeps 9: 1 King in master bedroom (separate shower and Jacuzzi tub for two), 1 King in second bedroom, bunk beds in third bedroom with a full on the bottom and twin on top. Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Special unit feature: A 30 foot balcony, beachfront counter top to enjoy the sunsets and your favorite drinks. Interior Appointments include: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances with granite countertops throughout. Additional features include a wine refrigerator, wet bar with ice maker, 4 flat screen TV’s, DVD players, CD, I pod, MP3 stereo and an Xbox 360 game system in the third bedroom. The Colonnades complex features include a restricted access guest only pool, hot tub, sauna and gym. A retractable pool roof further compliments your outdoor enjoyment in case of inclement weather.
