Executive Waterfront Home In The Center Of Everything in Trois Rivieres

This is a new comfortable home finished in 2007. Situated on St-Maurice river, fishing, swimming, sight seeing, boating, golf, shopping, walking, and parks. . Within 3 km of the sanctuary. Many people have been cured of various diseases by visiting here. We had guests who stayed here, visited the sanctuary and reported miracle cures. Ex. 59 year old w/bad arthritis, no symptoms after one week; 46 year old female w/spina bifida oculta on medication for pain for 20 years: no more pain or medication; 60 yr old prostate problem, recovering. Our guests say the house has a spirit that seems to help too. We cannot guarantee you will be cured of your ailment but you have a high chance of some relief in combination of the sanctuary and house. House has 9 rooms, and has 10 large windows overlooking the water.  It is 3 floors w/bathroom on each floor and laundry room.  It is a luxury home in best section of town, with a large garage and private yard overlooking the river and Saint Quentin island.

The master bedroom w/2 large windows and oversized walk-in closet on second floor has its own sitting area and balcony overlooking water and city lights at night. The other bedroom upstairs has large window again looking over water and city. The bedroom in the basement has large window & ensuite bathroom with separate tub and shower. Bedroom 4 is a private extension at back of house with patio doors and 3 large windows again overlooking the water. All bedrooms have a comfortable chair for sitting. All bathrooms are large and new as the house was finished being built in 2007. There is a telephone with free local calls. There is high speed Internet, so bring your laptop :). Trois rivieres is truly in the center of it all. Fine dining or excellent restaurants with many seafood  all you can eat buffets including crab. fish, shrimp, etc. Winter has world famous tommy cod ice fishing Dec 25 to Feb 15 where you can catch hundreds of fish in a day on lines with no limit or licence needed  only a short drive away or fish for walleye through the ice or out behind the house in summer. We have georgeous fall colours in the fall all over the area with many national parks. Swimming, hiking, bike trails, and many other recreational things to do. There are boat trips or just watch the freighters go by. One of the most recognized healing churches in the world is only blocks away.
