The landscaped tropical yard pool area features a screened in porch complete with outdoor furniture and BBQ. Our home comes fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

The living room features large, luxurious leather furniture, flat screen TV with DVD, European designed entertainment center and gorgeous handmade oriental rugs. The dining room consists of a large table with seating for six and looks out over the pool area. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a private full size bathroom and walk in closet adjoining the room. A unique feature is the private access to the pool area. Imagining waking up with the sunrise and walking out to the pool to relax and maybe have a cup of coffee. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and plenty of windows. Both of the bathrooms come with a tub and shower and all linens. The fully equipped kitchen is right off the dining room and provides ample cupboard space with plenty of cabinets. All dishes, silverware and appliances are included.

There is plenty of closet space with a separate room that contains the washer and dryer and also an ironing board and iron. This area is located off the large garage. Of course this being Florida the entire home is cooled with central air. The central location of this home makes it ideal for going to the beach, Airport, Seaport or Shopping and dining on Las Olas Blvd. in the downtown area. So, as you can see this lovingly taken care of home is the perfect property for a quick getaway or longer vacation to enjoy the Florida sun and sand. This is not a party home and because of the quiet location, this is the perfect property for small families who want to just relax and get away from it all. The Fort Lauderdale area is blessed with abundant sunshine and cool tropical breezes. With miles of sandy beaches, cute canals and winding rivers, the area provides many water activities. You can take a leisurely riverfront cruise, fishing, parasailing, or day cruises on the wide ocean or just relax and watch the yachts and sailboats float by. There are so many activities to enjoy in the area that you will never get tired. Fort Lauderdale has a fantastic dining and entertainment scene and the shopping is world class. The Arts and Entertainment District is close by, where you can enjoy the art museum and performing arts center among other attractions.

50% deposit will be required to confirm reservations, balance is due 30 days prior to arrival

Cleaning fee of $125.00 is required.

Payment may be made by cashiers check or credit card through Paypal.

A credit card and valid drivers license/ passport is required upon arrival for security

Rates do not include 11% Florida tax

The garage is occupied from April To January

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations, we will give you the opportunity to make a reservation for anytime you would like, space permitting and restrictions may apply. We will not refund any payments, but we will hold them for you in your account for next time.

Important: Please be aware that hurricaine season runs from June to November. If a hurricaine warning is posted, you must vacate the home and make other arrangements. We will refund the days that were not spent in the house due to the hurricane warning in effect.
