Both the master bedroom and living room open onto a large enclosed lanai.

The kitchen and linen closets are amply equipped with everything you may want.
The master bedroom has a king sixe bed, the second bedroom has twin beds,and the third, which is used as a study, has a couch that converts to a queen size bed.
TVs and DVD/VCR are in the living room and study.

Direct access to the deeded gulf beach located within a few steps provides for swimming, fishing, shelling, sun bathing etc.
Watch the Dolphin in the gulf and bay and see the birds fly by from the condo windows and lanai.
There are 2 swimming pools with jacuzzis, a well equipped exercise room, party and meeting rooms, and outside Bar B Q grills.
Covered parking is located on the ground floor of the building, and the building has two elevators.

The Barefoot Beach Preserve is contiguous to Barefoot beach. It has extensive beach area, nature walkways and displays,and canoe and kayak rentals.
Boat rentals are available nearby to cruise the bay which connects to the gulf and inland  waterway.
Directly outside Barefoot Beach a County beach has Jet Skis, Parasailing and other attractions available.
Tennis Courts are available directly across from Barefoot Beach.
State Parks, The Dog Track and Miromar Shopping Mall are among places you may wish to visit.
Golf is available at many many local developments.                                      Good restaurants, boat and bike rentals, grocery stores and everything else from clothing to hardware stores are within a few miles.
The Southwest Regional  International Airport is less than 25 miles away and can be reach in about 35 minutes.
