This recently built corner-unit studio apartment was the owner’s full-year residence, and offers a number of upgrades not found in other units at Selva Romantica.  The fully equipped kitchen has a gas range and oven, full-sized refrigerator, microwave and granite countertops.  The island provides bar stools for dining, and the kitchen area may be closed off by folding doors from the rest of the spacious 650 square foot unit.  A daybed in the dining area provides additional sleeping space for an extra visitor or just an afternoon siesta.

It is one of the few studios with a partial ocean view, and has its own parking space in a secure gated area.  It is located on the lower level of the Iguanas building, and faces north and west.  A gate near the unit provides quick access to Basilio Badillo (Restaurant Row) and the world-famous Los Muertos beach, just two blocks away.

Fully equipped with queen bed, cable TV, CD player and quality linens; cooled by ocean breezes, ceiling fans and a mini-split AC unit;  access to a shared washer and dryer right in the same building; this could be your perfect Puerto Vallarta getaway. 

When you are not enjoying the amenities of this home, take the steps up to the common area, with infinity pool, sun deck, spa tub and exercise gym.  Or just bring a book and a beverage, and enjoy the quiet atmosphere under the mature tropical shade trees.  High-speed internet is available at the pool area – please ask us for details.

You are just a few minutes walk down to the most popular beach in the
area, to the many activities that Puerto Vallarta has to offer. The Los Muertos pier serves the small "pangas" that will take you fishing, or to surrounding beaches and tiny beach communities. Bring your fishing pole and catch your

Holiday rates, approx. Dec. 19 - Jan 3 are higher, but it is occupied this season between Dec. 24 - Jan 4.  We have a couple more studios similar to this one that are open over these dates.  Please inquire.  Discounts may be available for extended stays of one month or more, especially during low season.
If this unit is not available during your requested time frame, our neighbors in the other studio, one and two-bedroom units in this same building may have one available.  Please check with us.
There is a one-week minimum rental period. All prices include regular
