Selva Romantica is indisputably the most sought-after property south of the Rio Cuale.  Paraiso #3 waits for you just a few minute’s walk from world-famous Playa Los Muertos beach. It is sited on a small rise that affords a near 360-degree view of the ocean and surrounding mountains, in a 64-unit residential community. This 600 square foot two-room corner apartment is surprisingly bright and spacious, with windows on two sides, a balcony and a partial ocean view. It is directly next to the historic fig tree in front of the building, giving it a “treehouse” feel. 

Completed only four years ago, this vacation home has granite countertops and tiled shower, and is finished with tropical hardwoods and matching furnishings. The king-size bed has a memory foam topper, down pillows and quality linens. The well-equipped kitchen has two gas burners, a full-size fridge and microwave. The dining table for four can also serve as your office, with high-speed Wi-Fi and a printer and office supplies in the unit. At the end of your day, relax with cable TV, DVD player, and CD player with Ipod jack.  There is a new sofa with fresh pillows for your comfort.  It will sleep a third person.

This unit is the most convenient in the entire resort to the infinity pool – the largest in Old Town/Zona Romantica – and hot tub. The common area also offers an ocean-view gym with new equipment, sundeck and shaded palapa area for conversation or just relaxing with a good book. The historic trees have been preserved, and the gardens are carefully tended for flowers and cooling shade. Guests and residents alike remark on is how quiet and serene the resort is, yet just a couple minutes walk from the bustling shopping, restaurant and nightlife district that is the essence of the Romantic Zone. You will feel like a guest in a fine home for the price of an ordinary hotel room!

When you are not enjoying the amenities of this home, take the steps up to the common area, with infinity pool, sun deck, palapa, spa tub and exercise gym.  Or just bring a book and a beverage, and enjoy the quiet atmosphere under the mature tropical shade trees.  High-speed internet is available at the pool area, too.

You are just two blocks to the most popular beach in the
area, and to the many activities that Puerto Vallarta has to offer. The Los Muertos pier services the small "pangas" that will take you fishing, or to surrounding beaches and tiny beach communities. Bring your fishing pole and catch your own dinner right from the pier! Everything is walking distance from this superior location, including world-class restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment and art galleries. Don't think that Puerto Vallarta is a wintertime-only destination.  In the summer, the fishing is great, the beaches and restaurants free of crowds, and prices are down.  Our tropical thunderstorms will take your breath away.  There are local festivals and events happening every month.  Come join us!

Holiday rates, approx. Dec. 19 - Jan 3 are higher, at $1050/week with a one week minimum.  Some owners require a 10-12 day minimum during the holidays.  Discounts may be available for extended stays of one month or more, especially during low season.
If this unit is not available during your requested time frame, our neighbors in the other studio, one and two-bedroom units in this same complex may have one available.  Please check with us.
