Marthas Harbour is our air-conditioned executive 
villa, located on a small community of residential and vacation 
properties, Robbins Rest.  Our villa is luxuriously furnished with 
everything you need to make your holiday complete.  The stunning 
view from our villa is enough to take your breath away. 

The community of Robbins Rest is located just off of the I4, 
junction 58.  It is a great location, close to Disney, Universal, 
all other Orlando attractions, shopping malls, Champions Gate and 
Reunion’s golf courses.  Champions Gate shopping complex is less 
than 5 minutes away with a large Publix supermarket, a Chinese 
restaurant/takeaway/home-delivery service, Italian restaurant, 
McDonalds, Tex-Mex restaurant, gas station plus liquor 
store and others.
  
Marthas Harbour is a luxurious executive 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home 
standing on a magnificent lakefront enjoying stunning views over the 
natural lake.

Marthas Harbour is air-conditioned and has remote ceiling fans 
in every room.

Enter our home into the tiled entrance hall.

You will see the formal living room furnished with a love seat and 
three seater sofa, a cable TV and DVD player.

Opposite is the dining area, with a stunning dining table complete 
with eight matching extremely comfortable chairs. 

This adjoins the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has ample work 
surfaces for meal preparation.  You have a huge fridge freezer with 
icemaker, eye-level microwave and range style cooker, to aid in your 
preparation of a gourmet feast. A dishwasher completes the kitchen.

The family room furnished in luxury with a comfy corner sofa two to 
sit back and watch a favourite movie on the cable TV or put on a DVD 
or relax and watch the sun setting over the lake. 

Walk through the sliding glass doors to take a dip in the pool, 
which is very private.

The Master bedroom is beautifully furnished and has an ornate king 
size four-poster bed with matching bedside cabinets, chest of 
drawers and mirror.  A cable TV and DVD player are also situated in 
this bedroom to relax lie back and watch a movie.  The ensuite 
bathroom has a large oval tub, twin vanity units and a separate walk 
in shower and toilet. Sliding glass doors lead from the master 
bedroom to the pool area.

The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed with luxurious bed linen 
again tastefully furnished with matching bedside cabinets, chest of 
drawers and mirror.  

The nautical bedroom has twin beds with luxurious linens and all 
matching furniture.

The cottage bedroom has twin beds with luxurious linens and all 
matching furniture.

The second bathroom has a tub with shower over, sink and separate 
toilet.  The added benefit of this bathroom is that it has a door 
from the pool area so if small children need to use the facilities 
they do not need to dry off before coming in.
 
The pool is heated (optional) with oversized deck area around.  
There is plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing on your 
holiday.  Pool is screened which allows for Floridian sunshine in 
but keeps the insects out.  There are sun loungers, chairs and 
tables for dining al-fresco.  Pool area can be lit for swimming and 
dining in the evening.

There is a games room complete with 7ft pool table, table football 
(foosball), electronic dartsboard and basketball.
