Unit is fully equipped and furnished; and includes hurricane resistant windows, but most importantly...VERY comfortable beds!!!

Condo has frequent social events each month, especially during the "winter season," and sponsors an incredibly active social calendar, with social events on-site and off-site.

There is a beautiful restaurant onsite overlooking the Ocean. The
pool oceanside has a Tiki Bar serving lunch/drinks. We have a 9
hole executive golf course. There are 9 tennis courts. We have a
putting green, bocce ball, shuffleboard. We have 3 heated pools
with a hot tub. We also have a full workout room.

One of the highlight of this resort is the beautiful grounds which
makes walking/jogging scenic. There is also our lovely beach
to take long leisurely walks.

Catamaran II at Ocean Village is a security gated condominium with a full time Security and Maintenance staff and only a handful of units per floor.     The multi-acre complex property is quite large and runs from the Atlantic Ocean to Highway A1A.   There is a bar and restaurant offered at the main pool with pool side dining.   Group activates and an activity director.

Unit has  Stereo, FLAT screen TV with cable, central heat and air, washer & dryer, disposal, microwave and a completely equipped kitchen for all cooking needs. (New stove just installed)  King bed in the ocean view master bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom, 2nd bedroom also doubles as a fully equipped office.  Cable internet available for an additional charge.  Spacious master bedroom has a walk-in closet, with an extra large stall shower, (newly installed) and double sinks. Living room includes 12' sliding doors, access to the porch with a table and chairs, and terrific views of the ocean. This oceanfront unit is a hop, skip and a jump to West Palm and Vero Beach.  About a 120 minute drive to the Orlando International Airport and Disneyworld; deep sea fishing, (world renown sailfish) biking, tennis, kayaking and canoeing.   Downtown Ft. Pierce in a word is fun.  Boutique shopping  festivals, Farmers Market, the Original Tiki Bar, and a large active Marina.  Further north, (20 Minutes) Enjoy the arts at Vero Beach Art Museum and Riverside Theatre,  fine cuisine available at area waterfront and gourmet restaurants; lots of shopping at outlet malls and indoor malls and numerous upscale restaurants and boutiques in the area. 

Easy, short day trips to Orlando, the Kennedy Space Center, Disneyworld, Universal Studios, Sea World, West Palm Beach, and the Cruise Lines at both Port Canaveral to the north and Ft. Lauderdale to the south.

South Hutchinson Island is a, quite, relaxed area with little traffic, few tourists, and beautiful beaches, making it an ideal undiscovered, relaxing, vacation spot.

Long-term tenants (6 - 12 months) considered.   A one year rental contract is $1,500 per month plus utilities.   4 to 12 month rentals are at negotiated rates and prices will vary depending on the months involved. 

No smoking and No Pets and no candles. (battery powered candles are provided)

Security deposit required to lock in rental period

Rates include covered parking, cable TV, water and electric

Security Deposit $500 at time of signing/reservation

$100 cleaning fee regardless of length of stay.

Cancellations/Refunds ....Any cancellation within 60 days of arrival date forfeits the security deposit

Security Deposit will be refunded within 15 days after inspection of condo or before based on housekeeping schedule and special request
