This oceanfront unit is one hour north of West Palm.  About a 120 minute drive to the Orlando International Airport and Disneyworld; deep sea fishing, (world renown sailfish) biking, tennis, kayaking and canoeing.   Downtown Ft. Pierce in a word is fun.  Boutique shopping  festivals, farmers Market, the Original Tiki Bar, and a large active Marina.  Further north, (20 Minutes) Enjoy the arts at Vero Beach Art Museum and Riverside Theatre,  fine cuisine available at area waterfront and gourmet restaurants; lots of shopping at outlet malls and indoor malls and numerous upscale restaurants and boutiques in the area. 

Easy, short day trips to Orlando, the Kennedy Space Center, Disneyworld, Universal Studios, Sea World, West Palm Beach, and the Cruise Lines at both Port Canaveral to the north and Ft. Lauderdale to the south.

Rent December 1, to December 25, 2009, for $2,000.

Long-term tenants (6 - 12 months) welcomed.   A one year rental contract is $1,600 per month plus utilities.   4 to 12 month rentals are at negotiated rates and prices will vary depending on the months involved. 

No smoking and No Pets.  Security deposit required to lock in rental period

Short term (30 day) rates include covered parking, cable TV, water and electric.

Cable/ internet $50 a month. 

Security Deposit $500 at time of signing/reservation.

$100 cleaning fee regardless of lenght of stay.

Cancellations/Refunds ....Any cancellation within 60 days of arrival date forfeits the security deposit.

Security Deposit will be refunded within 15 days after inspection of condo.
