Private heated pool with separate entrance from 3rd washroom also equipped with child proof pool doors.

Appliances include Washer, dryer and dishwasher, Fridge, stove and Microwave.

Air Conditioning, Ceiling fans and heat if needed in winter months.

Located 2 minutes from Walmart Supercenter for your groceries, movie rentals and any last minute items. 

local gym takes guest members and all your favorite restaurants are just around the corner.

Downtown Disney offers a wide variety of activities during the day
and a lively "night-life" in the evenings for the adults.

Don't forget to check out Sea World, Discovery Cove, Universal Studios, Pleasure Island, and several other water parks. Cape Canaveral, Cocoa and Daytona beach is just a short drive away. There are also several excellent golf
courses in the immediate area.

Things you need to know but are not always told.

Sales tax of 11% will be added to all rentals.

Cleaning fee of $85 will also be added to all rentals less than 7
nights.

Pool heat is an additional $150/week 

A booking fee of $250 is due when securing your requested time period. This fee is not "on top" of the rental fee but part of it. The balance (minus the booking fee) is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.

A $300 security deposit will be added to your final rental payment.  This deposit will be returned to you within 14 days after your departure assuming no damage to the home or its contents. 

No refunds will be given within 30 days of arrival.

Payments accepted via PayPal with a 3% fee added.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
