The open kitchen overlooks the living room with a 4-door slider looking out onto the lanai and the backyard.  The backyard has ample room between other homes.  The master bedroom has a king bed, two large walk-in closets, TV and slider access to lanai.  The master bath has dual sinks at adult height, a Roman shower and separate room for the commode.  This house also has a guest bedroom with a queen bed and large closet and a den with a work area wired for internet and perfect for your computer, and a queen size sofa couch. There is a pocket door that isolates these rooms fom the main living area offering privacy to your guests. The laundry room is located inside the house and is equipped with state-of-the-art washer and dryer and a utility sink.  The house is cable ready throughout including the lanai. There is a 42” HD flat screen TV in the living room as part of an entertainment center with CD/DVD player and surround sound system. All rooms have ceiling fans with the living room fan on remote control.   The screened lanai is nicely furnished with table and chairs for four, an additional sitting area table and chairs and two ceiling fans. The yard has been professionally landscaped. There is a gas grill for your BBQ pleasure.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, garbage disposer, microwave, electric range with self-cleaning oven, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with through-the-door ice and chilled water and is completely equipped with all utensils. The counter has a breakfast bar and there is a dinning nook.   The two car garage has ample room for your car and an optional golf car. (There is a 4-seat model @$400 per month or a 2-seat model @$200 per month available.)

The Villages is a fully contained 55 + community, there is shopping, movies, bowling and quaint shops at your disposal. Each of the 2 Town Squares,
Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing areas, offer free live music and
2 for 1 Happy Hour drinks every night! Meet new and old friends then
head off to dinner at one of the many restaurants on the Squares or
at the Clubhouses, which have inviting environments and wonderful
food. There is a wide variety of houses of worship, as well as a hospital and several libraries within the community.

All guests at The Villages are entitled to play on any of the 17
nine-hole Executive Courses and a nominal fee to play the
championship, 27-hole courses. There are driving ranges and golf
instruction is always available. With over 300 free clubs, all
activities are waiting for your participation --tennis, softball,
horseshoes and more, as well as educational programs.
Only a short drive from Disney World and Cape Canaveral gives you
the opportunity to explore outside The Villages. Sun lovers will
