All bed linens and bath linens are provided. Gas grill and dining set on front deck overlooking the lake. Kitchen is fully equipped, including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and blender. Washer/dryer included.
Two of the three bedrooms have one queen bed each; the third has a king (which can be seperated to two twins). There is also a queen-size pull out sofa in the den.

HillTop Cottage is located in the Sheldrake-Kidders neighborhood, half-way up the west side of
Cayuga Lake, in the middle of the Cayuga Wine Trail and 1/2 hour
north of Ithaca. Our closest winery is a 5-minute walk! We are
also a 20-minute drive from the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. Relax on
the private beach; bring your own boat and use the dock at the shore. A
number of state parks in the area offer great hiking.
vacation rental rates
$1600.00 per week Sunday 3pm check-in to Sunday 10am check-out.
50% non-refundable deposit due at time reservation is made; 50%
balance (non-refundable) due 2 weeks prior to reservation start
date. Signed rental agreement is mandatory.
Absolutely no pets are allowed.
