table on back deck. Kitchen is fully equipped, including microwave,
dishwasher and coffee maker. Washer/dryer in basement.

The house is located in Sheldrake, half-way up the west side of
Cayuga Lake, in the middle of the Cayuga Wine Trail and 1/2 hour
north of Ithaca. Our closest winery is a 5-minute walk! We are
also a 20-minute drive from the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. Relax on
the large private beach with a deck at the shore, as well as a 2nd
story deck above the water. There are two complimentary bicycles,
kayaks, a row boat, and a pedal boat available for guest use. A
number of state parks in the area
offer great hiking.
vacation rental rates
$1200.00 per week Saturday 3pm check-in to Saturday 10am check-out.
50% non-refundable deposit due at time reservation is made; 50%
balance (non-refundable) due 2 weeks prior to reservation start
date. Signed rental agreement is mandatory. Sorry, but we are
unable to accept children younger than 16. Absolutely no pets are
allowed.
