Unit size 330 sqft,  floor done half red granite and half purple heart wood.

Wonderful 180 degree views of the classy art deco hotel pool, lush foliage, miles of white sand and the gorgeous ocean.  Glorious changing cloud formations are further enhanced by a wall of mirrors.  Sailboats glisten in the sun, cruise ships head out to sea and airplanes trail signs of the evenings festivities to come!

Managed by Angelica, our  friendly local agent, who is available to help and to offer some services for a fee, as in daily towel and cleaning service.

Classy lobby with two bars plus downstairs Club with music, dancing, kereoke, and bar.

Walk through the pool area directly to  beach or  boardwalk, with no road to cross.

Boardwalk goes for miles and is perfect for walking, biking or skating. Surrounds include native vegetation, birdlife and lovely vistas.

Plenty of beach chair and umbrella rentals. Yummy food available on beach.

No need to rent a car. Public transport (buses) right in front of the hotel.

Walk to all the exciting places (cafes, clubs etc) of South Beach.  People watching at its finest, especially on the world famous Lincoln Road Mall.

The shopping is fantastic but you might go home with an extra suitcase.

Rates are seasonal. Ample sheets and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.  An additional rate is charged if you want daily cleaning and towel service.

Prices, form of payment, and services will be handled via e-mail or phone. Your reservation will be held when your deposite of half the total fee is recieved.

Our preferred method of deposit payment is PayPal. Soon also Credit Card, we are working on that.
