vacation rental description
This is a wonderfull alternative to a pricey NYC hotel when you're looking to sleep anywhere from 6-22 people. This apartment is a 4 bedroom | 2 bathroom on the 2nd floor of a pre-war historically land-marked building in the heart of the Upper Eastside within a 5-minute walk to an express subway station and a 10-minute walk to Central Park and the East River.
This apartment can be combined with the neighboring unit to give you the entire 2nd floor of the building and expand your sleeping capacity from 12 people to 22 people.
apartment rental amenities
The apartment features a completely remodeled floor plan with new floors, kitchen, and bathrooms. It has a very modern NYC feel to it with minimalist touches. It also features a 40" HD Flat-screen TV connected to a media center PC to allow you to stay connected without having to lug your laptop; however if you choose to bring your laptop there is high-speed wireless internet throughout the apartment.
And don't worry about bringing the sheets, towels, shampoo or soap - we've got you've covered.
