"La Playa" is an affordable and comfortable favorite with many updated features! If you hate climbing steps all day long, you'll love the fact that it is all on one level. If you hate being cramped into small living areas, you'll appreciate that La Playa has spacious living, dining, kitchen areas. It is a great gathering place for family and friends.

The bedrooms surround the living area. There is a queen-sized bed bedroom on either side of the living room. The third bedroom is furnished with twin beds, and there is a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. All of the furnishings are lovely and comfortable.

The large sundeck at the front of the house looks down on a quiet street and has a view of the Topsail Sound. The beach is only a short distance away!

Come back from the beach in the evenings and enjoy reading, watching TV or playing games with the family. Or you will find a variety of restaurants, shops, parks, and the pier within a two or three mile radius. Pets are allowed (one dog) for an additional $75.00 fee. You will want to visit "La Playa" (translation: The Beach) again and again!
