Summer Rates: Mar 14th, 2010 - Oct 16, 2010 based on two people @ 1200.00 weekly (7nights) $25.00 extra person/per night.

All National Holidays and Long weekends, based on Summer rates, min 3 nights stay during these times.

Deposit of $200.00 required upon booking, returned with in 14 days of departure.

Cleaning fee of $75.00 is required on all bookings.

Pets are welcome small dogs only, no cats, fully fenced yard, pet fee required.
