Our condo is located in the Majestic Palms community of South Ft Myers which is conveniently located near San Carlos and Gladiolus Blvds.  It is 1700 sq ft and was built in 2006.  Ft Myers and Sanibel beaches are both within a 5 mile drive.  There is shopping and restaurants galore within minutes...Target is a short walk down the street!

The unit is located on the 4th (top) floor with an elevator right around the corner.  You'll find the covered parking spot right outside the building enterance.

The Master BR has a king size bed, private bath with a large walk-in shower and dual sinks.  The guest BR has a queen size bed with its own door to the 2nd bath for privacy.  Both BR's have large walk-in closets.  The den has a full pullout couch.  The living, dining, kitchen area is large and open with plenty of space for entertaining.  Lanai is screened and accessed by door in LR. 

There is a washer/dryer in unit and kitchen is equipped with built-in dishwasher, ice-maker, microwave, garbage disposal.  There is 47" flatscreen HD TV / DVD player in the LR and 32" flatscreens in each BR.  Basic HD cable is provided.  Be assured it is clean, bright and comfortable.

The pool, hot tub, covered cabana and gas grills are steps away from the building.  Please note that there is NO club house or work-out facility at our location.

You will find a multitude of activities in the Ft Myers area!!!  You can visit a different beach every day of the week.  Whether you like to go "shelling", swimming, fishing, golfing, biking, kayaking or just sprawling out in the sand taking in the warm sunshine, you can do it all.  And if you need a break from sand and sun...go shopping!  There are malls, outlets, flea markets, antique shops all within easy driving (and some within walking) distance.  And don't forget there are restaurants for every budget and taste.
