Sunset Island is a private, 37 acre Island located in the Assawoman Bay off 67th Street in Ocean City, Maryland - just two blocks form the Atlantic Ocean.  The Sunset Island community has a private beach, both indoor and outdoor pools (2 minutes walk from the house), year-round clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness center, shoreline walking path, crabbing and fishing pier and an interactive fountain that the kids will love! 
For your convenience there is a community store centrally located in the community and a Bar/Grill, where you can have refreshments and watch the beautiful sunsets.  The Grill also serves poolside refreshments during the summer season.

This home has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, all luxuriously appointed and professionally decorated.  

You enter the home on the ground floor, either through the foyer or 2 car garage.  A sitting room with convertible sofa bed is situated across from a full bath.
The next level is the main common area, which contains an open floorplan with a spacious, fully-equipped modern kitchen, seating for 10 at the dining table, smaller dining/card table for 4-6 and a spacious living room with a fireplace. Off the living room is one of the house's 3 decks with an unobstructed view of the bay.
Following the starcase up to the next level, you'll find the living area.  The master suite has a gorgeous private bath, seperate sitting room with large-screen TV and private deck.  The two other rooms on this level are spacious and share a full bath.
The uppermost level has a quaint bedroom and full bath, rec room with TV and a small rear-facing deck - perfect for kids!

In all, the home has decks on 3 levels in the front and 1 level in the back to enjoy the views and fresh ocean air, 2 car garage and 1 additional space on a
parking pad in the rear gives plenty of parking for multiple vehicles (3 passes provided) and an outside shower.

• Bedroom 5 - Sofa bed.  On the lower level, full bath.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, microwave,
dishwasher, toaster oven, and ceramic cooktop with all the utensils/pots &
pans/dishes you'll need. Full size Washer/Dryer on the main common level.

Saturday to Saturday Rentals during the Summer. All prices below are
subject to 6% Maryland tax and 4.5% County room tax (10.5% total) plus
a $60 processing fee. $350 Refundable security deposit collected upon
check-in. This deposit will be refunded after checkout, once no damages
to the unit have been verified.

Notes: Must be 25 or older to check in. The age of the person
receiving the keys will be verified before they are delivered to you
by the rental agency. Maximum capacity of the unit is 12 people. 6
pool passes are provided as part of the rental package. Additional
passes are available at the management office for a nominal fee.
Please note that this is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.

Rental rates include cleaning at the end of the week, at which time
cleaners will verify any damage to unit, to be deducted from security
deposit.

The Sunset Island community association rules give the staff the
right to evict any tenant who violates any HOA rule, including
violations of capacity and local noise ordinances. If evicted, the
renter forfeits the remaining rental fee and security deposit.
