Our unit is located on the 9th floor oceanfront in the Indigo Tower. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathroom unit will be furnished with the highest quality furniture, linens, window treatments,  36 inch Flat Screen TV's, and DVD Players in each bedroom.  There will be a 55" Flat screen TV in the Living Room for your enjoyment.

The cooks in the family will love the fully-equipped, upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an extra large refrigerator. There are granite counter tops in the bathrooms and the kitchen and ceramic tile in the kitchen and dining areas. Separated by stately columns, the dining area boasts an eight-person table. General Rules & Regulations Check In Time 3:00 PM -- Check Out Time 10:00 AM.

To avoid damage to the walls, please leave luggage carts in hallway when unloading. Do not bring into the unit. Please remember this is a Non-Smoking Unit and pets are absolutely forbidden!

We are contracting with the Beach Service company that supplies the Beach Umbrellas and Beach Chairs on the oceanfront. They will setup and reserve an umbrella and two chairs for our North Beach Plantation condo. This beach equipment will be available during the summer between the Memorial Day and the Labor Day holidays. This is an extra sevice we provide to our guest. We want this vacation to be perfect for you and your guest.

SPECIAL  August 17 - 24 $3000.00 fr the week Total no additional fees

Between Memorial Day and Labor Day we provide 2 chairs and umbrella at beach through the lifeguard service. 

Rates range from $1700.00 per week in the off season to $4500.00 per week.

Includes: taxes, linens, and cleaning upon check out.
We do accept credit cards via pay-pal.  There is a 4% service charge for this.
We only rent by the week Saturday-Saturday
