• January thru March                  $2,500 per month
• April                                         $2,000 per month
• May thru October                    $1,300 per month
• November and December       $1,500 per month

Utilities included (electric, water, cable internet and cable television)

$500 refundable damage deposit and $125 nonrefundable cleaning fee.

Small dogs (under 20 lbs) are accepted with an additional damage deposit.
