Beautiful 2,200 sq. ft. 2 storey home located on the 6th tee box of The Castilla Course, El Cid Country Club. Covered patio looks out to private pool and well manicured garden with view of golf course. Watch the sun set from your back yard!
Short walk to convenience store, grocery store & pharmacy (Sorianas). A 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to beach. This house has it all! Very relaxing and peaceful setting! You won't want to leave.
