Bring your boat or rent our brand new pontoon boat and come enjoy  
the luxury setting right on the lake. This home has two very large  
decks plus a covered deck with an outdoor gas fireplace to enjoy and  
soak up the beautiful surroundings of nature at its best. 
 
If that's not enough, hop in the hot tub and gaze at the stars or  
snuggle by the indoor or outdoor gas fireplace. This is a spacious  
home with two dens to enjoy and spread out with all but one room  
having a lakefront view. Two master suites plus three additional  
bedrooms give everyone privacy and space. There are 4 King-sized  
beds, plus a bunk bed and 2 oversized chairs which open to twin beds  
in this home. All first class furnishings designed by Trimble Kelly  
Studios who was featured in Log Homes Illustrated! 
Come to relax and enjoy the views and cool weather or be as active  
as you like in the wonderful outdoors of the Nantahala Lake, river,

May 25-Oct 31 .. $495/night .. $3400 week.  
Thanksgiving week & Dec 19-Jan 03 is the peak rate. 
3 night minimum required on Holidays & certain peak Season. 
$800 Deposit required. Remaining payment due in full 60 days prior  
to rental. 
Plus one time $110 cleaning fee. 
Credit cards accepted through PayPal. 
60 day cancellation notice unless other renters secured. 
Special Note: Summer weekly rate is $4400 and includes new pontoon  
boat  
that seats 11-12.
