Our Villa Sea Shell is beautifully located on a wide salt water
canal with a great view at intersecting canals and the nature
preserve. You can reach Fort Myers Beach or the beautiful Sanibel
and
Captiva Islands in 30 minutes or go by boat to the open waters of
the
Gulf of Mexico from our own dock in the backyard. The poolarea
faces to the south. The next shopping center with Publix, Walgreens,
Steakhouse, Mc Donalds, Gasstation etc. is only 4 minutes away.
The house is surrounded by palms and fruittrees, get your own citrus
directly from the tree!
It also offers a fully screened solar and electric heated pool with a shade lanai
and a barbecue grill. Relax at the huge pool area and watch the
sunsets with your cooling cocktail.
