Located in the trendy of Hotel Zone Km 12.5, in a exclusive gated community, our house provides a scenic staying in Cancun . Surrounded it, by the ocean and the lagoon and  numerous restaurants, hot spots, and boutiques, you are sure to find something to do all day.

The house´s  ceiling fans and air conditioning. Provide a feeling of spaciousness and comfort. A full size refrigerator, sink, microwave and cook-top stove makes cooking easy.

 It has 3 comfortably sized bedrooms with a full size showers. The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed, closet storage and a  door leading to a private balcony. Two twin beds in other bedroom  are a great  for kids!!!.  and the other has a king size bed . The well appointed house provides a calming respite after a day full of activity. Imagine relaxing in the pool with the coal grill, drink in hand, enjoying your own private sunset!

Free Wifi, Parking,  Sleeps 6 : WiFi is included free with the rental. The house is fully air-conditioned .  There’s tons of outdoor sunning areas: a front and back porch with a gas grill and a large  sun deck. All sheets and towels are provided. The house is large enough to comfortably accommodate up to six adults or 4 adults with a few children. This house is luxurious and comfortable also comes complete with lots of flowering plants, a living room with a sourround bose DVD and 50" Tv, a full three baths with showers,  plenty of closet space for each room, a full-size eat-in kitchen with standard size fridge, stove and oven, microwave, and all the needed utensils and cookware.

Plus our washer and dryer mean you can pack lighter-saving more room shopping.

All the amenities of home!: We provide an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and loads of bathroom products such as soaps, shampoos, and lotions. We even include lots of cooking ingredients such as coffee, herbs, spices, condiments, etc... All this for less than the price of the smallest rooms at any of the nearby  hotels! You will be warmly greeted by your host, who will take plenty of time to make sure you feel comfortable and familiar with all aspects of the house and the local area and other cities such as Playa del Carmen (50 min. away), Puerto Morelos (25 min.away), Cozumel(30 min away by boat), Isla Mujeres (30 min away by boat).
