Loving Family Home in Cancun

Located in the trendy  of Hotel Zone Km 12.5, our house provides a central base for your Cancun adventure. With numerous restaurants, hot spots, and boutiques, you are sure to find something to do all day. The house´s  ceiling fans and air conditioning, provide a feeling of spaciousness and comfort. A full size refrigerator, sink, microwave and cook-top stove makes cooking easy. It has a comfortably sized bathroom with a full size shower. The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed, closet storage and a patio door leading to a private deck. Two twin beds in other bedroom  are a great  for kids, we also have a sofa bed in the main living area. ( Kids will love the sofa bed because they can stay up late playing provided video games and watching their favorite dvds).  and the other king size bed in the thierd bedroom. The well appointed house provides a calming respite after a day full of activity. Imagine relaxing in the pool with the coal grill, drink in hand, enjoying your own private sunset!

Free Wifi, Parking,  Sleeps 6 : WiFi is included free with the rental. The house is fully air-conditioned .  There’s tons of outdoor sunning areas: a front and back porch with a gas grill and a large roof sun deck. All sheets and towels are provided. The house is large enough to comfortably accommodate up to six adults or 4 adults with a few children. This house luxurious and comfortable house comes complete with lots of flowering plants, a living room with a sourround bose DVD, video games, a full three baths with showers,  plenty of closet space for each room, a full-size eat-in kitchen with standard size fridge, stove and oven, microwave, and all the needed utensils and cookware. Plus our washer and dryer mean you can pack lighter-saving more room shopping.

All the amenities of home!: We provide an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and loads of bathroom products such as soaps, shampoos, and lotions. We even include lots of cooking ingredients such as coffee, herbs, spices, condiments, etc... All this for less than the price of the smallest rooms at any of the nearby  hotels! You will be warmly greeted by your host, who will take plenty of time to make sure you feel comfortable and familiar with all aspects of the house and the local area and other cities such as Playa del Carmen (50 min. away), Puerto Morelos (25 min.away), Cozumel(30 min away by boat), Isla Mujeres (30 min away by boat).
