Ocean Access waterfront with Dock & Hot Tub and Wifi. Rates posted include all taxes. Rent a boat or bring your own for sightseeing and going to waterfront restaurants. Very nicely furnished to the last detail. The villa has an upscale Key West feel with some nice antiques and nice handknotted rugs. A beautiful tropical yard complete with hot tub and tiki torches. A great place for enjoying the sun, dining or morning coffee. There are two chaise lounge for sunbathing.
The patio has a gas grill and lovely gazebo. There is an outside table by the water for enjoying the sun, dining or morning coffee. Very comfortable home and a very convenient location between US 1 and I 95.
Everything is here to enjoy your stay. The house has a wet bar with mini fridge in the sun room and a fully equipped kitchen. Close to beaches, Fort Lauderdale Airport, Port Everglades, downtown Fort Lauderdale and excellent restaurants at the Las Olas Riverfront to Fort Lauderdale Beach and Hollywood Beach with great restaurants and the famous boardwalk. Across the street from a nice park for jogging or walking pets. Only 2 miles to Port Everglades for Cruise Ships in/out of Fort Lauderdale. Located east of I 95 & close to US 1.
Strict Parental Supervision is advised due to canal & hot tub.
Has one king, one queen, twin plus additional twin rollaway if needed. Seperate laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. I personally own this home and am available to help with your needs.
