New kitchen with glass top range, refrigerator with ice maker, under cabinet microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Living room, dining room, and kitchen have 18" tile floor with beachy furnishings plus 42" TV with expanded cable and VCR. Free internet connection which includes free local and long distance phone calls. Both bedrooms are carpeted with king size bed in master bedroom and twin beds in the spare room. 20" TV with cable are also furnished in each bedroom. Additional Hide-A-Bed is furnished for 5th guest for your convenience. Both full bathrooms have new vanities with composite counter tops. Inside laundry has new washer dryer. Central heat and AC plus water heater recently replaced. Assigned parking spot is in garage close to elevator. Large balcony with new furniture and electric grill overlook the pool, hot tub, and beach.

Indian Rocks Beach is just south of Clearwater with trolley connection from Clearwater to the south end of St Petersburg Beach. All area attractions are within easy driving distance including Bush Gardens, Disney World, Sea World, and Hard Rock Casino all along the I-4 corridor. Many popular local restaurants are within walking distance.
