This is a very nice 2 BR / 1 BA rancher, with inground pool, in the quiet town of Welaka, Fl. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. Home is completely furnished with all new furniture/ linens/ dishes and new appliances, complete with even silverware! All utilities are included including Direct tv HD with a 42" flat screen tv! Lawn maintenance is also included. All you need is yourself and a bag of groceries. Home has ceramic tile and wood floors. It is a short 3 minute walk to the public boat ramp on the St. Johns River. This home is available year round with rent varying each season. There is a $1500 security deposit and 1st months rent due at time of lease signing. We are 1 hour from Daytona Beach and 90 minutes from all Orlando attractions! Sorry no smoking and no pets.
