La Casa del Virrey Eslava 108 esta ubicada a pocos pasos de la residencia del escritor Gabriel García Márquez, del Hotel Santa Clara y de los mejores restaurantes del Viejo Cartagena.  Casa del Virrey Eslava es el mas lujoso complejo multifamiliar construido en Cartagena, el cual emergió de la restauración del antiguo Colegio de la Esperanza, construido y parcialmente restaurado por el premiado arquitecto Alberto Samudio quien le dio un ambiente moderno con un especial toque de sofisticación.
