Vincennes in Paris

Sleeps 6. 3 bedroom superb triplex apartment located in Vincennes. Unlimited WIFI internet access. Ideally situated for visiting the many sights and tourist attractions that 'the city of lights' has to offer. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes. Disneyland Paris is 25 mins by train. Its just a 2 min walk from the apartment to the train station (RER A and Metro 1), which will take you  directly to the centre of Paris in 20 mins or to Disneyland Paris (Euro Disney) in 25 mins.

There are plenty of shops, bakeries, restaurants and cafes, all within walking distance of the apartment and there is a local market 3 times a week.

The Park of Vincennes (originally a hunting preserve for the kings of France) is great for those who enjoy walking, jogging or cycling. Located within the park is a floral park, tropical gardens, a zoo, a farm and an 'art deco' aquarium, at the north end of the park (just 5 mins walk from the apartment) is the 'Chateau de Vincennes' with it's 52m high Donjon tower.

All requests will be answered within 48 hours. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required on confirmation and the remaining balance is due 2 months before the arrival date. All bookings within 2 months need to be paid in full. A separate deposit cheque of 350 euros/pounds is required with the final payment and will be returned usually within 7 working days following your departure. However, a retainer can be made from this deposit to cover damage or extra cleaning if required.
