Beautiful 1800 sq ft with deck/hot tub dog friendly home in Arnold

This fabulous home is situated on the side of a hill and updated throughout.   The upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed and 42" flat screen TV while the second bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed and 26" flat screen TV. A third downstairs bedroom has both a queen size and a bunk bed.  There is a bathroom on each floor.  The downstairs family room has a new Lazy Boy Queen size sofa sleeper, pool table and 42" flat screen TV.  The huge kitchen, dining and open living area upstairs hosts a new Lazy Boy reclining sofa and love seat facing the wall mounted 42" flat screen TV.  Its the epitome of relaxation for family video night or that special football game. The upper level leads to the the expansive deck which wraps around the home and has a ramp for your pooch which leads to the huge dog run with a 6' chain linked fence.  Picture yourself lounging on the deck with a glass of wine surrounded by your friends and family watching the pine trees grow.   The home has wireless internet and free long distant calling.

The large deck has a great overhang so the weather always seems just right.  There is a brand new hot tub on the back deck outside the master bedroom. There is also a childs play swing area on the property.  In the winter time, you can take saucers and actually saucer down the slight slope of the back yard. Fun for the little ones. There is a pool table in the family room and the home has wirelss internet.  A prophane bar-be-ques is ready and waiting.

The home is just 25 miles from the Bear Valley Ski Resort so during the winter, it is the perfect spot. 

It is near Murphys and Ironstone and Stevenot Wineries for those summer concerts, and the gold mining town of Columbia is close by.  Alpine Lake near Bear Valley is a wonderful place to be in the summer as is Big Trees National Park just up the road. White Pines Lake in the town of Arnold has a beach. Big Trees National Forest is 5 minutes away.

The area holds many activities throughout the year including the St. Patty's day parade in March, the frog jump in May, the fourth of July Parade in July, the Bear Valley music festival in July-August, as well as small local concerts in the park in the middle of town  during the summer.  Bring your chair, food and wine and enjoy!

Hikers will be in paradise because there are numerous areas and several close by lakes to hike. White water rafting isclose by also.  For you real adventurers, you can zip-line through the caverns between Angels Camp and Sonora.
