Municipal golf course, next to the Colorado river. Access to river 
and boat launch within 100 feet from home. Home completely furnished 
with everything you would ever need to enjoy your stay. Extremely 
large island kitchen with two ovens and windows galore to enjoy the 
beautiful view of the golf course.  2 bedrooms are master bedrooms 
with their own full baths. Laundry room with additional refrigerator.
Back-yard is one of a kind all 1600 square feet with full flowing 
pond ajacent to the 12 foot island BBQ with 8 seating fire-pit along 
with lounge chairs to enjoy the view. Once you have stayed in this 
home you will want to surely come back again.
