Hate bugs but love the fresh air? No worries... both bedrooms have retractable screens allowing the cool breezes to come in while keeping bugs out.

Hate the heat? No worries... every room has independent air conditioning/heater (be careful many rentals do not and it can get hot here)

Want to save money and cook a meal or two? No worries... No sharing a BBQ pit here! Our very cool stainless steel gas BBQ allows you to cook from the balcony while enjoying the million-dollar view. 

Did I mention the AMAZING kitchen? No worries... a chef would be pleased.

Remember the shower scene in the "Sex in the City" movie? Not that one... The one where Charlotte gets sick from drinking the water... No worries... You can drink the water. This condo contains a state of the art water filtration system and you can drink the water from EVERY faucet.
