Sandy Bay Chalet Waterfront in Lake George

A newly built Waterfront Chalet Home on Sandy Bay, which is the South End of Lake George, on Cleverdale's east side looking out across Kattskill Bay towards the mountains,with endless beautiful views.

Our Vacation Home is located only 25 miles North of Saratorga Race Course and only 5 miles from the Village of Lake George.

The lovely, spacious yard is terraced. With a cobbled walkway from the front yard onto the second floor of the covered boathouse where there's sitting areas, a grill and small bar area. This area and the open sundeck adjacent are jointly shared with the small cabin next door and the larger house next to that. It's a large deck complex so plenty of room for everyone. There is a boatspace at dock for a 23' boat. Refreshing swimming from he ladder or jump off the docks, stairs from front yard down to dock level.  Cable and internet.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has a new bright kitchen with sitting area leading to open patio area, a spacious living room with fireplace.  Second floor with 3/4 bath, bedroom with balcony and full bed, Master bedroom with lakeview through double doors to deck that wraps around with access from the bedroom next door also. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has two twins. There is a small balcony off the south side of the house and the larger lakeview balcony shared with the master bedroom.

Just up the road from the Sans Souci Restaurant and Bar for casual dining, food for the whole family. The Cleverdale Country Store is down the road for most of your needs plus great sandwiches, pies and icecream. There's also a liquor store.   A Marina is located only a few doors away for all your boating needs!
