create some family memories at Boone Lake. Cast Away Lodge is great
vacation home located in Gray Tennessee in
the Tri-cities area of Kingsport, Bristol and Johnson City. The
house is a large 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath. The house sits on a lakefront
point, with 155 feet of shoreline. The livingroom has vaulted wood
plank ceilings and ceiling to floor stone fireplace
give the open living area a warm and inviting feeling.
The large walk out deck has a patio set, 2 gas grills, swing
and fantastic unobstructed views of the lake. You can sit up on the
deck and watch the kids play in the water, or you can go to one of
the two lower decks perched on the water both have patio furniture
to sit and relax as you enjoy the lakeside breeze.
The floating dock is where the 5 person paddle boat is located.
This house also has a 6 person hot tub, game room with pool table.
If you want to be on the water this is the place for you. The boat
ramp is one street away, making easy access to put your boat in the
water. You can leave your boat tied to the dock during your stay and
the yard has plenty of room to park your boat trailer.

Bedrooms: 3 queen beds, 1 king, 2 full, 1 portable baby crib, blankets, pillows, comforters, sheets, alarm clocks, ceiling fans. 2 /15 inch tvs in bedrooms.

Living room: 32 inch TV, 19 inch TV in game room, stereo, DVD, VCR, movie library, kids games, 2
fireplaces, pool table, waher & dryer,

Bathrooms: bath towels, hand towels wash cloths, soap, shampoo, hair dryers.

Outdoor area, Patio table seats 6, bar area seats 4, 2 loung chairs, swing, 2 gas grills, patio table at the lower dock, outdoor hot tub, paddle boat seats 4. floating dock, bar stools at the hottub bar area.

Boone lake is a 32 Mile long TVA lake, with 130 miles of shore line.
TVA Lowers the lake during the winter and the water is at its
regular level May 1st. You can swim, fish rent a pontoon boat. This
is a great lake for tubing, jetsking or spend the day exploring the
lake. Enjoy lunch or dinner and live entertainment at one of the
local marina's.

Roan Mountain and Bays Mountain Park & Planetarium are close by for
hiking and the nature center.

National Story telling Center:
Enjoy shopping in Jonesboro. Jonesboro is 12 miles away and is the
oldest town in Tennessee. Jonesboro has a storytelling festival
yearly at the story telling center.

Hands On! Regional Museum with interactive exhibits.

Wetlands Water Park in Jonesboro is located at 1523 Persimmon Ridge
Road - Daily admission is $10.00 for adults and $8.00 for Children
12 and under. Children under 3 years are free. 1/2 price for entry
after 3pm.

Tipton-Haynes Historic Site a 18th century home built by John
Tipton.

Rocky Mount Living Museum with costumed interpreters living daily
