vacation rental description
Our villa is located in the heart of Green Valley. Four blocks to a shopping center, eight blocks from the interstate highway access, and two blocks from Green Valley's largest recreation center (picture three & four). This one bedroom, one bath unit has everything you need for an extended stay. Kitchen/dining area, living room, storage, washer/dryer and parking in front with flat access. The patio is east facing meaning you can enjoy the morning sun and relax in the cool afternoon shade. It is fully furnished with queen size bed, a sofa-bed, and all the furniture you would normally expect. The pool is one block away, and a walking path is just out the back door and across the street. Three month rental only for January, February, and March. The remainder of the year is available by month.

All you need is your toothbrush. Bedding, towels, kitchen utensiles, cable TV, stereo, CD player, DVD, full size tub and shower, washer/dryer, and full size kitchen appliances are furnished. The villa has central heating and air conditioning.
Pets are allowed but smoking is prohibited inside the villa.

Membership in Green Valley Recreation (GVR) is paid by the owner. The lessee pays a small, one-time user fee. You can enjoy any of the twelve recreation centers located throughout the Green Valley community. There you will find tennis, pickle ball, bocche ball, shuffle board, exercise equipment, pools, hot tubs, meeting rooms and kitchen facilities if you want to throw a really big party. GVR membership also allows you to join any of the various clubs such as a top notch woodworking facility, camera, computer, hiking, jewelry making, ceramics, cards (bridge and poker), dancing (ball room and square), just to name a few. Green Valley offers as much or as little as you want to do.
The surrounding area has almost limitless sights and activities. World class birding, spectacular mountain and desert scenery, resturants, 12 golf courses, live theater, cinemas, historic sites, museums, an artist colony (Tubac), cultural events and the world's largest gem and mineral show are all within 40 miles.
Tucson, a city of one million, is twenty minutes away. Tucson international airport is twenty five miles away and Nogales, Mexico is 45 miles away. All are accessable via an interstate highway.
Medical and fire facilities are less than one mile from the villa.
