Unit Availability - WEEK OF December 20 To December 27, 2009.

Deposit: 

A 25% deposit is required at time of booking.  Upon receipt of contract full payment is required immediately for the Christmas Week. 

 Cancellation Policy

  1.   Written cancellation notice received after November 15, 2009, your security deposit and rental fee will not be refunded unless we are able to rent the Suite for an equal or greater or greater rental rate. 

     ( Any advertising costs to re-rent the Suite will be deducted from your deposit.)

 2.   All cancellations shall be charged a $150.00 administration fee.

Their are two adjoining suites that can be rented separately or as one complete unit.
