The Building has Private Beach Access, a Pool area, a Club House w/pool tables, ping pong tables, piano, TV, bar & kitchen.  A small gym w/sauna room, Bike room.  Two large gas grills (BBQ) outside the Club House. Reserved Parking and Hand Car Wash.

Go for a walk on beach an enjoy the spectacular sunrise or the incredible sunset in the afternoon.  Swim, go snorkeling, surf, boat, parasail, wave run, sail, scuba dive, arrange for fishing charters, play tennis, bike, jog, golf or just relax and have fun!

1. Security Deposit of $1,500.00 which will include charges incurred for local/long distance telephone calls and electricity usage.
2. $100 Cleaning fee on departure required.
3. $100 Mandatory Condo Association rental application fee.
