Daily Rates

Daily rates available for stays of less than a full week (minimum of 4 night stay).

Additional Terms and Conditions

1. Rates are subject to change without notice. 
2. Cleaning fee of $75 applicable to all stays. 
3. Booking deposit equal to 50% of rental fee is required to secure reservation.
4. Balance of rental fee plus $500 security deposit is due on or before check in date.  
5. The $500 security deposit is fully refundable on check-out provided there is no damage to the apartment or its contents.   
6. 100% of booking deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled more than 14 days ahead of initially scheduled arrival date.
7. 50% of booking deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled within 8 to 14 days of initially scheduled arrival date.
8. Booking deposit non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled 7 days or less before initially scheduled arrival date.
9. We accept credit card payments, PayPal, and wire transfers.  
10. Check-out is 2 pm local time on the day of your departure.
