1/2 due as deposit and to hold dates, with the remaining 1/2 due within 30 days of arrival.  Guests will be required to sign a Standard Residential Seasonal Property Lease  Agreement prior to their stay.

REFUNDABLE $150.00 damage / cleaning deposit - refundable within 10 days of departure, pending damage inspection.
